Refund Policy

1. Digital Programme Purchases

All Cheze Grinds programmes (including the Academy and Premium Performance Programme) are digital education services. When you enrol and gain access to programme materials, live sessions, and community features, delivery of the service begins immediately.

Under EU and Irish consumer law, you have the right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days of purchase. However, by enrolling and accessing the programme, you acknowledge and consent that delivery of the digital service has begun, and you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.

Once you have accessed any programme content (live classes, recordings, community, resources), no refund will be issued.

2. Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable. When you pay a deposit, Cheze Grinds commits resources to you: a seat is reserved in a limited-capacity cohort, tutor time is allocated, and preparation work begins. That seat can no longer be offered to another student.

Your deposit compensates Cheze Grinds for this opportunity cost. If you choose not to proceed after paying a deposit, the deposit will not be returned under any circumstances.

3. Instalment Payments

If you selected a split-payment option, all remaining instalments remain due regardless of whether you continue to engage with the programme. Non-attendance does not cancel your payment obligation.

4. Requests Before Access

If you have paid but have not yet accessed any programme content, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing . Refunds in this case will be processed within 10 business days.

5. One-to-One Grinds

Cancellations for individual tutoring sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or no-shows, will be charged in full. Unused sessions from a prepaid block are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within the original term at Cheze Grinds' discretion.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Cheze Grinds reserves the right to offer partial or full refunds at its sole discretion in genuinely exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious illness with medical documentation). These are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

7. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to with your full name, programme enrolled, date of purchase, and reason for request. Requests made via social media or WhatsApp will not be processed.

8. Changes to This Policy

Cheze Grinds may update this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your transaction.
